1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by visiting your account on VedhaCart.com or through our app. You can also contact our customer support team via the chatbox available on both our website and app. If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), no charges will be applied, and your order will be marked as canceled.

• After Shipment:

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a cancellation. In this case, please refuse the delivery when it arrives. Once the order is returned to our warehouse, a refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees) will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by VedhaCart

• Out of Stock Items:

  • In rare cases, an item in your order may become out of stock after the order is placed. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and automatically cancel the affected item(s). A full refund will be issued for the canceled item(s) within 7 business days.

• Order Verification Issues:

  • If we encounter any issues during the order verification process (such as incomplete or inaccurate information), we may cancel the order. We will contact you to resolve the issue before canceling, but if we are unable to do so, a full refund will be provided within 7 business days.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. These include personalized products, perishable goods, and digital downloads. Please review the product description for any specific cancellation restrictions.
